Landlord Tenant Fast-Track Settlement Program

The Indiana Supreme Court has developed a FREE program that might be able to help landlords and tenants agree on a plan if the tenant is having trouble paying rent.  This program does not provide any direct financial assistance but there are programs that may be able to provide tenants with money to pay rent. Either the landlord or the tenant may request a facilitation, but both the tenant and the landlord must agree to participate. A party can request a facilitation even after an eviction case has been filed in court.
